Tropical Yacht Sales and Brokerage, Inc. has an enclosed Showroom and a full service brokerage office on site at The Shalimar Yacht Basin and Marina.

The location is off Old Ferry Road and on Garnier’s Bayou directly off the Bay. The full service marina offers bottom jobs, repairs, servicing and painting.

The marina has a 70 ton lift for haulouts. Shalimar Yacht Basin offers 400 boat slips (covered, open and dry storage) equipped with water, electricity and cable TV.

The Marina also has full gas/diesel dock, laundry, showers, 24/7 Security, a Ships Store and a courtesy car.

From Pensacola

Take US 98 East through Navarre Beach and Mary Esther to Fort Walton Beach. US 98 turns into Miracle Strip Parkway. Go past Beal Street light and turn left on Hwy 85 going north. Cross over two bridges. Turn right at 2nd light (Haverty’s Furniture) onto Old Ferry Rd. Caution: Speed Limit is 25 mph. Follow road to end. Marina’s on the right.

From Panama City

Take US 98 West through Destin and across Okaloosa Island into Fort Walton Beach. Cross over Brooks Bridge into downtown Ft. Walton Beach. US 98 become Miracle Strip Parkway. Turn right on Hwy 85 going north. Cross over two bridges. Turn right at 2nd light (Haverty’s Furniture) onto Old Ferry Rd. Caution: Speed Limit is 25 mph. Follow road to end. Marina’s on the right.

From Interstate 10

Traveling East on I-10 take FL-85 South following signs to Fort Walton Beach. You will pass through Shalimar. Turn left at light – Old Ferry Road (see Haverty’s Furniture on left). Caution: Speed Limit is 25 mph. Follow road to end. Marina’s on the right.

Traveling West on I-10 take FL 285 South to Niceville/Fort Walton Beach. Reaching the end of FL 285 turn right on Hwy 20 / Ferdon Blvd. Turn right on FL 85 South toward Fort Walton Beach. You will pass through Shalimar. Turn left at light – Old Ferry Road (see Haverty’s Furniture on left). Caution: Speed limit is 25 mph. Follow road to end. Marina’s on the right.
